Belts and brackets

I have a dual fan from an Audi 90 I think and I'd like to slap it on my
88 16v.  Problem, is, it's missing the belt between the fans, so where
would be the best source for that?  Secondly, I know it won't bolt up to
the 16v radiator so is there an existing bracket, or template or
anything I can follow to adapt it to my car?
