[TECH] Pulleys and such...

A short pulley??

hmmm, you mean a short belt?
or a misaligned pulley ("short shaft")
or a too-small diameter pulley?

...pulleys aren't short, or long...they have no length. they have diameters and width.
?

grouchy

After putting everything together, I've noticed that my alternator
pulley is about 1/2 inch shorter than it needs to be!

Anyone know how to resolve this?

It's a 16v Alternator, no power steering, no a/c, BUT I'm using that
huge alternator bracket (the one that weighs as much as the engine).

  Please offer suggestions, opinions...

Here are the pics of the project, the pulley pics are on the bottom.
