You can just see the situation, Rice boy has an accident and a well meaning
police officer by comes to help, he sees fuel pouring everywhere so decides
to use the "battery cut off switch" (which has been pressed in during the
accident) he turns it and it comes out in his hand.
BANG!!!! Flames and Smoke!
Bingo, Pork Fried Rice!
