Odometer gears???

Okay, I'm down to the gears in this odometer, (thanks Larry) and not sure what
to look for, I don't see anything that is horrendous, so if those who have
done this repair could give me some hints as to what I'm supposed to be
fixing, I'll fix it and get out of your hair. And while I'm there, I may as
well grease the gears a bit, what do you use?
