Woodgrain... maybe trying for that old-school panel van look?
I now remember seeing a Chevy Corsica (or some other family four-door econo model) with the hubcap-rims, a wing, clear taillights, and other rice.  I never see this stuff when I have my dig camera.  To quote an old (OLD) playboy cartoon:  Ah, the things you see when you haven't got a club.
