engine swap shops -South Jersey



Hey Eric...

First things first...fix your computer man...it thinks its June 15th. :-)

Now...as for $5k for a motor swap....no way on an ABA swap.  Those motors are a dime a dozen now a days...they would be charging you $4000 in labor!!!!!!! $1200 would be more fair on the labor side...especially if they used your injection and head on just an ABA bottom end.

Now...if that was a 1.8T swap...that would be a good deal (motors going for $2000, not $250 as I've seen for ABA motors).

You might want to look around for a different shop to quote you swaps...
