I need some suggestions on an easy way to fix what seems to be a bent
out front A-arm mount.. The whole unit is flaring outward around and
inch and is starting to tear away from the body where the A-arm pivot
point is located. I'd like to avoid having to take it into a frame shop
because I only really plan on using this car to putt around in until my
Scirocco is restored. I was thinking a torch, hand winch and possibly a
lower subframe bar to keep the unit in place. I have a friend who can
come and do some repair welding on the frame. I would appreciate any
suggestions on going about fixing this the somewhat 'safe' way.
