No GTI for Me (Non Scirocco Content)



You must of been ready to pay a bunch of money for that thing or something
cause the things you mentioned are piddly compared to the rest of the car.
Body, suspension, interior, etc.  I little leaky master, maybe a bad clutch
rod but actually the cable was probably just missing a grommet and you
passed it up???  I'd get back on the plane and go back over and get it.  I
couldn't guarantee but I bet it would of made it home just fine.  Take a
master with you and maybe a new cable with grommets!  Doesn't sound like you
wanted the car all that bad since a decent GTI isn't easy to come by and not
getting any easier.  Just my 2 cents.
