Head rebuilding

What do I need (special tools) to rebuild a 16v head?

Any advice on doing so would be appreciated.  I'd like to do everything except the grinding the valve seats myself.  

Also, how much should I expect to pay to have the trickier bits done professionally.  Thanks.
