Inner wheel wells, and things

<P><BR>Ok, so I'm not going to pull them out cause its pointless basically, but what about my rubbing problem? Could it be in the tie rods somewhere? </P>
<P>I will be in the garage with it this weekend to look at it so any help before then would be great but if I need to inspect it for the problem more I can do it then.<BR></P></DIV>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;Good guess, Brian. I just weighed one and it goes 2pounds, one ounce. Add another ounce for the screws.....

<DIV></DIV>&gt; The front inner wells are plastic and can be removed very easy in a roc,
<DIV></DIV>&gt; they are held in by screws. I would advise against it though, unless you
<DIV></DIV>&gt; like doing body work. The weight saving wouldn't be the great either maybe
<DIV></DIV>&gt; 2~3lbs per side if that.

<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; As I was thinking how to loose weight out of my car this morning, I
<DIV></DIV>&gt; thought
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; about the inner wheel wells in the front. Can these be removed (cut out)
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; without weakening the front end severely? Any veiws on this are
<DIV></DIV>&gt; appreciated.
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; I also have a slight rubbing problem hen steering sharply. Or it at least
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; seems like a rub. I have factory rocco wheels so it can't really be the
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; wrong offset. Any ideas?
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt;
