as some others said, vw decided to keep selling the scirocco in europe, as
it was a good seller (over there), and could be produced cheaply. vw was
then forced to rename the a2 model to the corrado. so the corrado is
basically a spin-off of the scirocco (well, except for that silver one).

hrm, wheres that car, i want it...
