Dont believe the hype, dawg. 
Especially when it comes from the news media.

See, the funny thing is, we have a 1/4 mile track not 30 minutes north of
SD. Why these kids dont and wont use whats available to them is beyond
me. 
The city of SD just enacted a new law that basically says that if you are
caught watching an illegal street race, you will be heavily fined, your
car will be impounded for 60 days in which you will pay another $1000
fine + storage fees just for the car. Thats how they plan on taking care
of the street racing in SD.
