hello, list... i pulled this off the 16v i parted out. the upper cover is in better shape than the other. it's not warped. the bottom cover has a screw missing and made contact w/ one of the pullies. but other than that it does the job fine. any reasonable offer won't be refused. i'm in los angeles. mike
