$22.5k buys A LOT

Jason: lots of these motors make BIG power.  The Skyline's motor (RB26DETT ?) has proven to be one of the strongest.  With stock internals, many people have made 600 hp +, and with a large single turbo conversion, it's as easy as cranking boost and increasing fuel.
Looking at the list of items, and the fact that it was done at a machine shop, I'll believe it.
