Anyone using sprint pcs?(OT)

ok i forgot all about this... but i need to pass it on to you guys and gals. i just read brianm's e mail and it reminded me.
if you have a sprint pcs phone and keep running out of minutes, you can take advantage of sprint's "retention plans" it will involve you getting a new service contract, but if you don't mind sprint's service it's not a bad deal. i know they constantly upgarde these packages, but right now i'm paying $39.95 for 1000 anytime minutes, 3500 nights and weekends, and 500 pcs to pcs minutes.
all you have to do is call sprint and tell them you want to upgrade to a retention plan. tey will probobly not want to sell you this plan, but they cannot discriminate who they offer this plan to, but they can refuse to advertise it.
also, if you are tired of dealing with clair's never-ending bs, and you need to talk to a customer service rep and don't feel like waiting 45 min on the phone, when clair asks you "how can i help you?" or another one of the voice promts, you just say "disconnect service". this will bypass all the other fools waiting in line to talk to a service rep.
sorry for the long OT email, but i figured i could pass this useful information on to anyone else who was suffering from these huge cell phone companies.

later!
