Setting my 81 Roc's ALIGNMENT after H&R Cup Kit install

The way I have always done the quick-once-over for alignment is put the car
on ramps, make sure your camber is in good shape, and measure the front and
back of the tire or rim. I think it's about 1/16th to 1/8th tow in. Make
sure your wheels are pointing as straight forward as possible.

If you put the car on ramps, make sure you "bounce" the car a little, so the
tires will be in a normal position.

You can check the camber with a tool available at most FLAPS. It's basically
a 360 degree protractor with a magnetic base.

Always double check once the car is back on the ground, and roll it back and
forth to ensure the wheels are in a normal position.

Granted this is not exact, but should be a good starting point.
