ABD short shift q's



The lever wasn't bent, was new in the box and everything looked great.  I
did solve the problem by using a grinder to knock off the last hole (the
spot for 65% reduction).  That allowed the shifter to work without hitting
anything.  I just got back from my 60mile test drive with it and I'm in
love.  45% reduction makes a massive difference.
