16v 2.0l engine, N/A stats??

I have a 16v 2.0l in my Scirocco. What is the amount of HP I can get out the 
engine without forced induction?? Meaning boring it out to a 2.1L etc. Also 
what would I have to do to get this amount of HP? This car is going to be a 
daily driver.

This would all be without carbing my engine. What Performance would I get, 
if any, if I carb my engine.
