I don't wanna grow up!!!!

Growing up sucks. I bought the new car, and am now looking for a
house. Hell, I would have a great house by now if people would accept
their own asking price for a damn house and not be bid out by people
willing to pay $10K over the asking price. grrrrrrrrrr
