16v a/c photo request / where to buy metal

Sorry to bug you guys with this, but I was wondering if anyone could dig
up a photo from a 16v engine bay showing the a/c lines and other junk that
goes in to the passenger side of the condenser, including its position
relative to the "frame" thats runs along the washer bottle. A picture
taken from the rain tray looking forwards would be ideal.

I'm making progress on my crossmember brace - this past weekend I
completed patterns for all the flat metal parts. Before I cut the metal
for the brackets, I want to make sure that the design I have for the bar
is compatible with a/c 16vs and well as non-a/c.. thus the photo request.

I -had- A/C in my 16v but I can't remember exactly how the lines were
routed and I'm out at school so I can't dig them up and re-install them.

My second inquiry is related - I know some people on this list know what
they're doing when it comes to metalworking.. where should I look for 7/8"
square key steel? Nobody seems to have solid, square steel bar in 7/8"
O.D. They have 1" or 3/4".. I'm getting ready to just buy 1" and cut it
down myself!!
