Downpipe/Manifold Exhaust leak?

As Julie and Patrick pointed out, you can fix the flex coupling. But, IMHO,
replacing only a piece of an 18-year-old, known-to-wear-out part is pretty
much a waste of money.

Depending on what state you're in (read: whether you need a catalyst), you
can just buy a Techtonics downpipe for around $120 (w/o cat or you can keep
the cat you already have if it's still working), pay your local muffler shop
$30 or so to weld it on and be set. Regardless of which avenue you choose,
make sure you address your front motor mount. A bad FMM is the primary cause
of all downpipe/header breakage.
