[ot]who wants shaved doors ?

Well..
I've been a certified Alarm/Stereo installer for about 3 years now, but
I have been installing Alarms and Stereo's for over 5 years!
I haven't seen that many go bad (I mean 1 out of 100 and that most
likely due to faulty installation!) Besides most door pop kits are
decent.
As far as the door lock/unlock units I haven seen any go bad!!! (besides
the factory units)I've been using DEI units and they are very good and
dependable and some of them are close to the 5 year range now and they
are still strong!

ahh, but the remote isn't the weak link in the system, its the wiring
and
solenoids that tend to have the most problems.
