CIS Question

What type of controller would a 78'ish CIS system have? I am buying 78
Rocco tomorrow and I saw the Ignition amp and an O2 sensor but nothing else.
One of the past owners raced this car in IT so it's Auto-X ready cage,
slick, suspension, etc. A 1.8 and trans out f a 85 or 6 GTI has been swapped
in but none of the sensors off the motor are being used. The car runs
strong but this has me a bit confused.
