Timing problems!!!


Today I was getting my engine ready to start again after 2 months of being 
broken. It started but my timing belt kept creeping towards the other belt. 
So I fixed that and then it didn't start i can get a little pop here and 
there but nothing otherwise. I have reset the crank and cam to TDC several 
times and it still doesn't help. WHATS WRONG??? PLease help all ye infante
