fog lights

I've decided to get 2 pairs of fog lights as I deliver and when the weather gets nasty I know I'll need all the light I can get. First, I'm looking at getting a set of the small projector lights and a set of regular square lights, both H3 55w bulbs. There's a set of 100w H3 bulbs for cheap on ebay, can I just throw those into the square lights or would I have to rewire them with a thicker gauge wire? Also, can I wire one set to my parking lights and one set to my low-beams or would that be too much for those wires? Here are the 2 I'm looking at. My main concern is cheap and effective.
