Oil Temp

The sender you have was actually supposed to mount in the stock location at
the top of the oil filter mount.  One for temp and the other is for
pressure.  As for the back of the  gauge itself:  One is ground, one is hot
ant the last one comes from the sender.  You can make a small loom for the
ground and hot wires off of the oil temp gauge.  Run a line from the sender
and it should be operational.  Also the lighting can be jumped from the
lighting oil temp gauge as well.  This is all actually very simple and makes
it easy to keep an eye on what your car is doing.

A little of topic, but on the subject of oil temperature and pressure, I am
wanting to install a trio of gauges in my 82.  The oil temp gauge is pretty
straight forward, but I have acquired a sender and gauge  (VDO) for
pressure. I have installed the sender on the side of the head, and there are
two terminals coming off of it. The gauge itself has  three terminals.  What
would be the correct hook up to get this operational.
