non-scirocco read if you want





Oh you can, absolutely. My headache has been done for a year, and I'd 
suggest getting a tint shop to do it for three reasons:
1. They will fix it if it goes screwy (warrantee)
2. There is that big curve in there and it will be tough to get right unless 
you know what you are doing (this is a MkII, right?) (and then you will 
waste a bunch of flim and it will cost the same anyways.)
3. They look like absolute garbage of they aren't done right, all those 
bubbles, blech! Makes your car look ALMOST as nasty as those with big 
aluminum wings...

Oh, and my bug has also been done for three years, no issues, and I use the 
defrost on it a LOT (I'm in Canada, eh?). Both are aftermarket films applied 
by a tint shop.
