Assuming you haven't bent any valves.......

The valve cover has an arrow at 12 by the pully....the
cam sprocket has a notch...line them up....set the
flywheel to TDC...thats it!

Jump terminals 30 and 87 of the fuel relay...pull the
injectors.... and lift the fuel air plate...you should
have fuel......or leave the injectors in have someone
crank the car while you lift the plate and may be it
will try to start.
