Noisy and slow engine, unstable idle speed - What can be the problem ?

The ticking is likely because your valves need to be adjusted. You also probably have a vacuum leak, does your engine tend to rev down rather slowly? I'd replace all the vacuum lines. Have you checked your valve timing? -Rob

It has lack of acceleration and problems holding a constant
idlespeed/tick-over.. i goes up and down +-500rpm. Sometimes it skips 1 or 2
ignitions (The car jump a little).
No starting problems.. just needs a little gas at start.
These thing are brand new:

Distributor cap
Ignition Cabels
Spark Plugs
Battery
Water pump
V-belt
Drive-Belt
------------------
Generator testet ok.
Oil & Water level testet ok.
What can be the problem/problems here ??
