rocco spotting in Ga

On my way home tonight when what gets on the highway next to me, a red 16v.
We both noticed eachother (horn honks were exchanged)  I tried to motion him
to pull back off the highway but I don't think he saw my gesture.  Got
behind him for a bit hoping to see that he was local but alas, Florida
plates.  Couldn't see where in FLa he was from due to plastic plate holder
thing covering that area up.  Also looked as though this person was moving
cause he had to have all his worldly posessions with him.  Car was slap full
of stuff right down to the passenger seat.  I drove next to him/in front of
him for about 10 miles then I had to catch my exit.  Didn't see any .org
stickers so not sure if it was a lister or not.  Car appeared very clean and
running smooth.  Posibly anyone on the list?  This was about sometime after
8pm EST on highway I-75 northbound in northern Ga.
