How much will this cost?

IIRC, you can't get to 2.1 without using the 95.5 TDI crank. If that's what
you meant by "factory" crank, then just ignore me... :)  Otherwise, tack
that on to the cost. FYI - there's a guy on Vortex right now selling a new
TDI crank for $350/shipped...
