[mk2] master cylinder upgrades

A larger diameter master cylinder will decrease braking force.  Stick with
the stock MC as long as you are still running the 9.4" calipers up
front.  The 16Vs needed a 22mm MC because the larger piston diameter on
the 10.1" calipers requires more fluid displacement to operate, and the
stock 20mm MC does not have a long enough stroke to displace the required
ammount of fluid.
