I read, and save them all. Except for duplicates, of which one I delete.

I triage the good stuff daily if not more than once a day and play catch
up several times a week.

it helps in my case tI am not using a web based email setup; my mail
gets downloaded to my local drive, also I employ filtering into separate
mail boxes so as to keep normal email traffic visible and maintain
order.

n addition to my Scirocco Obsession / Therapy I am also on some other
lists as well. Using filtering and individual mail boxes I can read
things as needed.
