hood scoops, vents and drag

As long as we are on the subject of air flow.

I want to take air in the relatively high pressure area under the front of
the car and exhaust it out of the hood in the relatively low pressure air.
This is for one of the options I'm considering for the intercooler on the
G60 project. So what would be the ultimate shape on the hood to help
evacuate air? All options are open as I'm still thinking this out. It could
be a reverse scoop, louvers or something entirely different. I'm asking for
some expert (or at least experienced) thinking on this.
