I was wondering about scavenging the freon in the old system. I have a
working system sitting in a non working chassis that I neglected to
evacuate prior to removing the motor. ("Take it to an A/C shop...")

Any way to suck the existing R12 out into say a propane tank so as to
reinstall it in another car?
