Leak, I finally figured it out Yahooo

There should actually be little blue grommets that go in the holes.  If you 
will notice, the pins on the back of the emblems are flat with little 
indentations.  The grommets snap into the holes, and the pins snap into the 
grommets.  They're available at the stealership for a few cents.
