Anybody bought from this ebayer

I don't know of this e-bayer but I had a similar problem not to long ago.
Looked into my recourse and quoted it when I wrote to the seller. I took the
tone that I didn't want to exercise my rights but that since time was
running out for action that I would be forced to involve the authorities. I
got an immediate response from the seller and resolved the issue within the
week.
