Ok, I think I figured out why my sunroof was leaking...

The gasket around the sunroof is replaceable, it's about $50 or so, and
Potterman has them.  It requires removal of the sunroof.  Bentley's
procedure is pretty good.

There is a tray between the underside of the sunroof and the trim panel
that is designed to catch water that gets by the gasket (the gasket is
not designed to be a total seal) and guide it to the channels and then
to the tubes at the four corners of the roof's "works."

The rear tubes come out just behind the rear wheels IIRC.  An air blast
should free any crud that's built up.  Hope you have a compressor!

That fixed the leak in my roof.  Hope it helps yours as well.
