Update on 2.0l 8V Swap



Well, I finally gots around to taking the head off.  The head looks good but
piston #3 is fuct (it's missing a chunk of aluminum).   Looks like I'll be
boring the cyclinders and oversizing the pistons.  Hopefully there's no
other damage.
