starting issues

You may have some seriously leaky injectors.   The system can't build 
pressure if the injectors keep dribbling.   If it starts quickly cold, then 
the CSV is leaking.  Once its warm, its flooded all the time.  (Does that 
make sense?  Its late, I'm tired).
