tranny leak-where is it?

The bell housing is not where the gears are and it is not where the SMS
syndrome happens. The SMS will come out of the differential housing. Have
you looked to see if the output seals are where they should be? Basically if
you see the seal it is out of place and leaking. Look for the tell tale
green behind the output flanges that the CV joints are attached to. This is
your most likely culprit.
