I faced a similar situation. I got 3100 for the car + 700 pain and
suffering. I had lots of reciepts and more importantly I made FRIENDS with
the adjuster. and If there just happens to be a stock white 16v for sale
in NYC area. Jan found it and asked me cause well i like white roccos.

most likely if your frame rails are bent the car is pretty toast. It will
most likely never drive down the road straight agian.
