Good tech books?

Anyone have suggestions for good tech books on VW performance, tuning, etc?  
To give you an idea at what I'm looking for, here are a few of the titles 
I've come across so far:
"Maximum Boost"
"Bosch Fuel Injection and Engine Management"
"Water-Cooled VW Performance Handbook"
"Volkswagen Sport Tuning" (looks kind of generic)
"The Audi Quattro Book" (still thinkin' about AWD)
"Introduction to AWD" published by SAE

I'm looking for good tech books that include the engineering (I'm not afraid 
of a little math)behind the upgrades.  Of course, I already have a well worn 
Bentley.
