On my bug, you CAN move the power windows with the key off (I think it ca=

even be out of the ignition), as long as you haven't opened the door yet.=

on my Rocco you can do it anytime you like, I DO prefer manual winders) A=

the radio goes off with the engine, but you can put it back on without th=
e key
in. Also nice. So VW has changed a few of the "defaults". As for the
headlights, I like not having the battery run down if I forget.
