roccs in rain?

My car's belt used to slip EVERY time it got wet.  The light would come on,
the lights would dim, the fan would slow down.  Eventually it started
screaming every time, too!  I kept trying to tighten it more and more and
eventually I started hearing my bearings so I backed it off and lived with
it.

BTW it would be super easy to build a little sheild, or better yet get one
of those full size scrape guards for underneath.  I never got around to
it...

Check your Alternator belt tension, is it slipping when it gets wet?
