Drive Flange Seals

I used 2 wrenches as the special tool. Laid them on the flange on each side
of the shaft, then a bolt with a washer and various spacers (the bolt was
too long, I needed to take up some threads) went between them, and into the
flange. Then I used flatblade screwdrivers to work the clips on and off.
