[ot] worst thing done during maintenance

On my Scirocco, it was the figuring out why I was eating alternators every 3
months (and sometimes sooner!). I must have went through6 AC Delcos (I just
kept getting them replaced for free, so I lucked out there). I finally just
got another Bosche ($$$) and it has worked fine.

On my '91 Golf, the transfer pump, that thing was a pain in the ass. The
Scirocco's transfer pump was done in 20 min. On the Golf, 2 hours, just for
a damn little pump, and I *still* havn't put the gasket back in. I can only
fill it up to about 3/4 full or gas will spill out.
