 From what I understand, the 1.8 16v head flows better than the 2.0 one.


   My clutch seems fine, but has easily over 150,000 miles on it.

I'd put in a new clutch.  1. you already have everything apart. 2. You 
are going to have more power.  You could measure the thickness of the 
old one to see how much life might be left.
