Digital Clock - 12hr vs 24hr?

ETKA differentiates between 24hr (161 919 203) and 12hr (161 919 203 B)
clocks - the 24 hour are for Candian models, 12hr for US models. I expect
that European models also came with the 24 hour clock.

I believe with the A3's VW dropped the 24hr clock on Canadian models - I
seem to recall my 97 Golf was only 12hr and our 99 is.

24 hour time is the second best way to go - but alas the Scirocco clock
can't display time in epoch seconds...

If you're desparate Ron I could mail you a 24 hour clock.
