shearing bolts and shafts



    i've had an outer cv shaft shear, but it was on a storm (geo). obviously it
didnt happen from the extreme high torque of the engine (heh). even funnier is
the fact that the wife was driving. she will never live that one down.
    anyhow, i think its either bad luck or the guy you are using for cv's is
using cheap ones. you arent putting 976234 ft-lbs of torque on that nut, are ya?
